Sourcing and screening of candidates who meet your specific requirements. We directly interview all candidates for technical as well as soft skills. We provide salary surveys and data to provide compensation guidance for employers through our premium partner, Payscale.com

All candidates presented to you will have been fully briefed about your company, the hiring process and your current opportunity.

Fees
We charge a total fee of 18% of the base salary offered and accepted and we do not bill on any additional compensation or bonuses.
We take a deposit on all new accounts which will be deducted from your final billing, which is after the candidate’s start date.
For clients with multiple openings, we will be pleased to negotiate volume discounts. If your start-up is pre-revenue, please contact our CEO, lynda@smartsourcers.com for help with fees.
